A standard clean maintains a home that's already at baseline — floors, surfaces, kitchen and baths. A deep clean gets the layers a maintenance visit doesn't touch: baseboards, door frames, switch plates, ceiling fans, light fixtures, cabinet fronts, inside the microwave, a detail scrub of tile and grout, inside the oven and fridge, and interior windows.

If you're on a recurring schedule, your home mostly maintains itself — many customers add one deep clean a year as a seasonal reset. Homes without recurring service, or with heavy pet hair and coastal dust, benefit from a deep clean every three to six months.

It is your choice — you pick standard or deep on any visit. We recommend a deep clean first, because it brings the home up to a maintainable standard so every visit after it stays consistent and affordably priced. Either way the first visit is billed at our one-time rate, and your frequency discount starts with visit two.

It depends on size and condition — typically several hours with a full team, roughly half a day for larger homes. Book a morning slot and most homes are done before school pickup.
